Burn Injuries in Wichita Falls House Fires
Recovering from a burn injury can be a lengthy and painful process. Victims are often in the hospital and out of work for extended periods of time. Medical bills will be piling up while a loss of income makes paying even day-to-day bills next to impossible. Even with multiple surgical procedures, skin grafts, physical therapy and other treatments, burn victims might still suffer from long-term pain, disfigurement, scarring, numbness and other issues associated with burn injuries.
Property Damage Associated With House Fires
In addition to painful burn injuries, victims of house fires could be looking at tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damage or a total loss of their home. In addition to compensation for medical bills, you may be entitled to the full value of your loss, including property damage. Speaking with an attorney who has fire damage case experience is absolutely critical after a house fire.
