A rollover crash near Electra reminds Texoma citizens about the dangers of drowsy driving. An SUV carrying multiple passengers including a child and a 90-year-old man rolled several times after the driver fell asleep at the wheel. The SUV crossed the center median and hit a couple of traffic signs, before it crashed through a barbed wire fence and rolled into a field. News Channel Six did report that when the driver woke up, he overcorrected the automobile. The Business 287 exit ramp had to be closed while crews cleaned up debris. At least three people were taken to United Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries including the elderly man, a woman and a child.
