Bicycle Accidents in Texoma

Although we typically hear the term “bicycle accident” after somebody has been hit by a driver, it’s important to remember that most collisions are not accidental occurrences at all. These so-called “accidents” are usually caused by the negligence, carelessness or willfully dangerous behavior of one person or another. That’s why it’s so important to have thorough crash scene investigations. Your lawyer can stay on top of investigative developments as you recover. Whether you were injured in a car wreck or a bicycle collision, it’s critical to note that most traffic-crash injuries and deaths are totally preventable.
